Orders & Lead Times
Many of our products are made-to-order or sourced from boutique vendors. Lead times vary by manufacturer and can range from 2–12 weeks depending on availability and production schedules. We will keep you updated on ETAs as your order progresses, and you are always welcome to reach out for status updates.
Shipping & Delivery
We provide multiple shipping options including standard parcel delivery, freight/LTL shipping, and white-glove home delivery for larger furniture pieces. Shipping method is determined by the vendor, size, and fragility of the item.
If you have delivery constraints or special requirements, please let us know — we’re happy to coordinate with carriers or local receivers.
Local Pickup
Select items are eligible for complimentary in-store pickup at our Richmond showroom. Once your order is ready, we will notify you to schedule a pickup window.
Returns & Cancellations
Because many of our items are custom, made-to-order, or shipped directly from the manufacturer, sales of these items are considered final.
If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us as soon as possible — changes may be possible if the vendor has not yet begun production or shipment.
Returns must be requested by contacting us directly. We do not use automated return labels or automated return requests. All return requests are reviewed individually to ensure they meet our policy requirements.
Damages & Defects
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will work directly with the vendor to coordinate a replacement, repair, or resolution as quickly as possible.
Design Services
For design or color consultations, we offer appointment-based services through our design studio team. Pricing varies by service type and project scope. Please complete our inquiry form online to get started.
Sales Tax & Trade Program
We collect sales tax for all orders shipped within Virginia unless a valid resale certificate is on file.
Design professionals are invited to apply for our Trade Program for preferred pricing and dedicated support.
